The world is a huge place and, depending on your view, it’s either scary or perfect or ruined or ready for salvation. I definitely let my own personal views of the world creep into my image-making, but I think that I do so in a way that highlights the potential of the realism of a scene while adding my own version of other-than-realism.

Evolution and Revolution

Let’s see. I’ve been a soldier, police officer, bartender, electrical tradesman, landscape contractor, Master Gardener, marketing manager, freelancer, photographer, website maker, actor, beach bum, and now — a writer.

I’ve lived in California, Virginia, Alabama, Germany, South Carolina, Alaska, Missouri, Idaho, Washington, Texas, Utah, Hawaii, California again, and now Missouri again. It’s fair to say that I’ve been around, and I’ve done a few things!

If you’re one of the many people I’ve crossed paths with, how would you describe me?
